Refunds, Returns & Order Issues

Can I return or exchange my waist trainer?

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately upon arrival at sculptdbychannyfit@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review and try our best to make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once your order is placed. Please double-check all shipping details before checking out.

What happens if my order is delivered to the wrong address?

If incorrect information was provided at checkout, we cannot refund or resend the order. Make sure your address is accurate when placing your order.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping?

Once your order has shipped, Sculpt’d is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for help with these issues.
